HIKMAH CFL — Care, Faith & Learning — is an Orlando community built to welcome, teach, and walk beside every Muslim on their journey.
Our Story

It started with a simple question: who’s caring for the newcomers?

HIKMAH CFL began in Orlando when a handful of community members noticed how many new Muslims embraced Islam — and then quietly slipped away, overwhelmed and unsupported. There were classes, but no hand to hold. There were mosques, but no clear front door.
So we built one. What started as informal coffee meet-ups and late-night questions grew into a structured program of mentorship, education, and community — one relationship at a time.

To provide compassionate convert care, authentic Islamic education, and a welcoming community that helps every person — especially those new to or newly practicing Islam — grow closer to Allah with confidence, knowledge, and belonging.

Welcome to the family! The best first step is to reach out to us so we can match you with a mentor and invite you to our next New Muslim Welcome Night.
Most of our convert-care support and community events are completely free. Some in-depth courses may have a modest suggested contribution, but cost is never a barrier — scholarships are always available.
Yes. We host dedicated sisters’ circles, family-friendly gatherings, and youth-oriented programming so everyone in your household finds a place to belong.
